By creating an account or using bookreader.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, scrape or extract data at scale, or attempt to disrupt the service.

The bookreader.app site, design, code, and branding are owned by us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, or USD 100 if you have not paid.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
